Our Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Information

We provide international shipping to the following countries/regions. All jewelry products are shipped from Shenzhen warehouse, ensuring safe and fast delivery to your door.
Please note that handmade items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold, unless quality issues are verified. 
Additionally, due to the lengthy transit time and complex logistics process of international shipping, please carefully confirm your delivery address before placing an order. Once the shipment is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
If re-delivery is required due to an incorrect address, additional delivery fees may apply. The specific amount is subject to the charging standards of the third-party courier company.

2. Shipping Method and Time

We cooperate with reliable international logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc) to provide stable shipping services. The processing time is 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and the delivery time varies by country as follows:

Note: Delivery time may be delayed due to customs inspection, holidays, or force majeure. We will keep you updated on the shipping status. We are not responsible for external factors beyond Lapis Arc's control that may delay or prevent a delivery and are not covered by our logistics partners.
Our accessories are totally handmade, which requires a specific preparation time, which is communicated during the purchase process. This preparation time may vary during peak season. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

3. Package Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address and update it in your Shopify account. You can track the real-time status of your package by clicking the "Track Order" button in your account or using the tracking link provided in the email.

4. Lost or Damaged Package

We take great care in packaging your jewelry products (using anti-collision, moisture-proof, and anti-theft packaging) to ensure they arrive safely. If your package is lost or damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Photos of the damaged package (if damaged)
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • After verifying the situation with the logistics company, we will provide you with a solution: full refund, free reshipment, or replacement (depending on product availability).
Note: We are not responsible for package loss or damage caused by incorrect delivery address, refusal to receive, or other personal reasons.

5. Shipping Restrictions

As a jewelry cross-border e-commerce company, we strictly comply with international shipping regulations and the import policies of each country/region. The following restrictions apply:
  • All jewelry products are made of non-prohibited materials (no precious metals that require special customs declarations, unless specified in the product description).
  • Some countries/regions may require additional customs duties or taxes (e.g., EU countries, United States), which are borne by the customer. We will provide a commercial invoice to facilitate customs clearance.
  • Prohibited to ship to regions with international trade sanctions or logistics restrictions (we will notify you in advance if your shipping address is in such a region).
